Real estate is my absolute passion
The passion for this profession has been given to me ever since childhood. With a grandfather as a notary and a father who is an architect-urbanist with a renowned architectural firm, it was only a small step to the real estate business. Both my fascination for architecture and design and my passion for mediation makes this my profession by excellence. The interactions, in particular those in which I can excell my talents in order to reach a win-win situation for both parties, gives me the daily energy to continue my job wit lots of enthusiasm.
Acting ethically is my trademark.
After my degree in Business Management and my specialisation in Marketing in my home town of Ghent, I continued my education at the University of Antwerp with a Master's Degree in Applied Economics and a specialisation in Management. Through the University of Antwerp I was able to perfect my formation with an additional MBA-formation with the subject "Managing Ethically in a Global Environment".
After my studies I have gained interesting working experience as a private banker at Deutsche Bank, which I left to persue this career. My true passion lies indeed in real estate. I was able to distinguish my expertise in the following domains:

Ever since childhood fascinated by real estate
The fascination for real estate existed ever since childhood. Both from the impulses at home and my personal interest for architecture and construction, made my interest for the real estate world grow quickly. Untill 2012 I was active at several maritime expeditors. It's then that I decided to commit myself to the real estate sector. I haven't regretted it for a moment.
Until 2014 I worked at a real estate agency where I was specialized in the sale of existing real estate. This instructive experience in combination with my formation in Business Management and specific real estate courses at the KULAK, offers a sound foundation for my current activities. My experience and expertise combined with the years of fascination are unmistakable advantages within the Landbergh team and my reputation in the professional world can attest to that. I was able to distinguish my expertise in the following domains:

During my Master's degree in Fine Arts - Graphic Design, I developed a love for architecture and interior design in addition to my passion for graphic design. The fact that I am able to combine these, is a privilege and a daily stimulus.

Mijn fascinatie voor vastgoed, is gegroeid uit mijn bewondering voor de bouwkunst. Architecturale gebouwen bezoeken stond dan ook standaard in elke reis ingepland. Dat ik deze uitstappen naar nieuwe woonsten nu zo goed als dagelijks mag maken, is voor mij dan ook een waar genoegen. Zeker met potentiële huurders aan mijn zijde.
De interesse was er dus altijd, maar het was vooral het opleidingsonderdeel Vastgoed tijdens mijn bachelor Facility managent dat deze passie sterk stimuleerde. Na het behalen van mijn diploma was het voor mij een logische stap om mij verder te specialiseren in vastgoed. Tijdens mijn eindstage in de bacheloropleiding Vastgoedmakelaardij werd snel duidelijk dat verhuren van vastgoed voor mij een roeping is.
Ik voel me dan ook de juiste vrouw op de juiste plaats als vastgoedmakelaar verhuur bij Landbergh. Het is bijzonder aangenaam deel uit te maken van zo’n dynamisch team dat zich dagdagelijks ten volle inzet voor de tevredenheid van hun klanten.

Met beide ouders actief als zelfstandigen in de bouwsector, werd ik van kleins af aan ondergedompeld in de architectonische wereld. De passie die ze hadden overgedragen, ontwikkelde ik verder tijdens mijn opleiding Vastgoed, gevolgd door een Ba-na-Ba Financie-en Verzekeringswezen. Hierna stortte ik me meteen in de immowereld. Gedurende mijn BIV-stage behandelde ik zowel verkoop als verhuur, maar al snel bleek dat die laatste tak mij het meest kon bekoren.

Tijdens mijn eerste professionele stappen als facility coördinator miste ik een uitdaging en werd mijn grenzeloze inzet om steeds beter te doen beperkt. Nadat ik zes jaar lang ervaring opdeed in allround administratie en finance, besloot ik om over te stappen naar een bedrijf waarmee ik werkelijk affiniteit voelde. In mijn vorige job miste ik de betrokkenheid, de mogelijkheid tot creativiteit en de kans om mijn organisatorische vaardigheden in te zetten. Bij Landbergh viel alles meteen in z’n plooi.
Met mijn interesse in binnenhuisarchitectuur, talen en alles gerelateerd rond het draaiende houden van een bedrijf, bleek een job als Office Manager bij Landbergh op mijn lijf geschreven. Ik hou ervan om mogelijke kandidaten te begeleiden in hun zoektocht, gasten warm te ontvangen, mijn meertaligheid te gebruiken, de orde en structuur in het kantoor te garanderen en het uitgebreide aanbod steeds onder de aandacht te houden van het grote publiek.
